My experience with my new mattress has been more than I expected.
My lower back pain and hip pain have subsided immeasurably.
I've been sleeping much better and I feel refreshed in the morning.

This mattress makes three temperpedic mattresses in total for 1our home. We all love our mattresses and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality mattress that lasts significantly longer than a couple years.

As someone who has back pain due to an injury/I have flair ups, a good mattress is so important. I bought this product and at first it was great however, it now no longer provides support I need and I thought I could use the 10 year warranty however they denied my claim. I am in tears about spending so much money or something that does not help. Scam.

The foam layers shifted over 2 inches on side and foot of Mattress. Their warranty team will not cover the warranty even though it is free of stains. Their excuse is it isn't on a "Tempu base" Ergo Motion makes their bases. The Mattress is on an Ergo motion base. I have heard from a lot of friends that Tempur-pedic is making it very difficult to honor their warranty.

The medium firm is very stiff. The equality has dropped compared to what this used to be. Our old mattress was much heavier and much more comfortable. This mattress is not any better than other brands I bought for 1/3rd the price.

You really sink down into this mattress, therefore, finding it a little hard to get out of bed. Otherwise, it is very comfortable.

We have only slept on it for a week. So far so good. It does take a bit to get use to. It does not put pressure on my hips or back like my old conventional mattress did. We also bought the smart base with it and I like it but my husband is not a fan so far. My one complaint is that my sheets are not staying on the head of the bed when we use it. It has a snore function that raises the head of the bed and when it does the sheets slip off. I can't sleep like this. I have tried the clips that should keep the sheets on but so far that has not helped. I am really hoping to find a solution for this because the zero gravity function is amazing.

We absolutely loved our first Tempur-Pedic mattress and slept on it for 20+ years. Yes, I know. I was worried about getting a new one. I was worried that the quality might have changed. Well, so far I am pleased. It is just as good as the first. We had a great experience with the ordering process and the white glove delivery.
A side note: we moved our 20+ year old Tempur-Pedic into the guest room. My sister slept on it over the holidays and said it was the best night's sleep she has had in years. Just saying.

I was actually sold the moment the salesperson had me lie on this Tempur-Pedic model. I am over 70 and have never experienced a more comfortable mattress. We have had it over a month and love it. We are in need of a new mattress in our other home and plan on purchasing another one of the exact same model.

HAVE ONLY HAD IT A FEW WEEKS. AM SLEEPING ON MY BACK NOW ... NOT INTENTIONAL .... JUST HAPPENS. AM DISAPPOINTED THE MATTRESSS DOES NOT HAVE THE ZIP OFF PAD THAT MY PREVIOUS TEMPUR PEDIC HAD (WHICH I LOVED). AM WONDERING IF I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE FIRM INSTEAD.

I had a Tempur-Pedic Firm mattress rated for 20 years, and I got 17 years of service out of it! When it was time to get a new mattress, I looked at others, like traditional ones and even the Purple one, but NOTHING beats a Tempur-Pedic for me, especially with all of my back/neck issues! My mattress is a Godsend!

Both my husband and myself was having difficulty sleeping on our previous pillow top mattress. We switched to our Temper-pedic mattress and are amazed at the difference. We are sleeping so much better and our backs are thanking us. It isn't too soft or hard and forms to your body to relieve those problem areas. We will definitely stay with the Temper-pedic brands.

I weigh 127 pounds am just under 5 foot tall, I have to climb into bed a then push myself about to line up with my pillows. It maybe a great mattress but upon reading that may take 90 days to become fully accustomed to the mattress and the mattress to perform best for me show I should not have a furniture salesman sell me something not well viewed and not knowing more of what me as an 88 year old lady would find more comfortable.

I loved this mattress from 2021 to mid 2024. It was comfortable and supportive. Then last fall it began to sink in the area around my lower back. As a back sleeper I began to experience worsening lower back pain. I tried sleeping on the other side and shortly developed the same problem. When I submitted for the supposed 10 year warranty, they had no complaints about my bedframe set up. They merely said that per my measurements, the bed "hadn't sank enough" for the warranty to be honored. My back disagrees.
I got a very expensive Tempurpedic mattress with the hopes of having a top tier mattress and high quality sleep for 10 years plus. I barely got three. Don't waste your money.
